These 3.1 Phillip Lim, desert sneakers are featured in this month's issue of Details. At $130, they seemed as a steal! Immediately, I called in to Phillip Lim's store and described with zeal the shoe. The woman seemed confused, as if she hadn't seen the show before. She asked another worker, only to tell me that the sneakers were only a sample and were not produced. Sigh.

Sigh indeed! There was this 3.1 Philip Lim spiked collar shirt that I was so determined to get my hands on - I never did! Shame.
